Questions people ask before their first file
What do I upload?
A plain .txt file with one entry per line. Phone numbers must include the country code, for example +14155550142. Email checkers take one address per line.
How is a file priced?
Each checker has a price per block of lines, for example per 10,000 numbers. Your file is charged in proportion to its size, rounded up to the cent, and taken from your prepaid balance. Sign in to see the price of every checker.
What do I get back?
A result file listing which entries are registered on the platform and which are not, plus counts. Some checkers add extra detail such as activity or profile data.
How long does a check take?
Most files finish within a few minutes. Very large files can take longer; you are notified the moment the result is ready.
How do I add funds?
Top up your balance with USDT (TRC20) from any wallet, or arrange a manual top-up with support. Credits never expire.
Is my data kept?
Your input and result files are stored so you can re-download results and so we can resolve disputes. They are never shared or used for anything else.
